FOR RENT: NAPLES, FLORIDA
Mae and Suzanne's house in Naples is located in the Vanderbilt Beach area and amazingly survived Hurricane Irma beautifully. It is usually rented from December 1-March 31 but this year our February renters have decided to go to the Carolinas to be near their children. February 2018 is available and rents for $5,500 for the month. More info: https://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p965452?uni_id=3276083
This is one of the original historic Arey’s Pond 14 Cats built in 1971 and one of the first AP14’s done in fiberglass. It is in very good condition and for the past 3 years major restoration work was done to the rig, rail and all wood. It includes an almost new sail & lines, a Garboard drain was added, fairly new dark green canvas seat cushions and cabin cover, a 2014 Honda 2.3 hp motor, 2008 EZ Loader trailer with added cradle support so the boat can be kept on the trailer for storage, horn, flares and anchor. Fab. Year: 1971 Type: Sailboat Length: 14' '' Beam: 7' '' Draft: ' 10'' Propulsion: Gas Engine: Honda Hull: MSZ00168B393 Engine: BF2.3DKLCH 4 STROKE 2.3 HP Both Suzanne and Tony Davis have told me the boat is in excellent condition despite its age. Apparently all of the owners have taken good care of her.
